Berlin, Germany Ha ha……….. again, we all wake up sweating.!!! Showers were cold, venue was bizarre, smile was upside down. Funny thing is though, quite often when you go to these smaller venues, and you think everything is working against you and that it isn't going to be any good, it turns out to be amazing!!!! Tonight was no different. The venue was bustling, everyone was having a great time, and despite not knowing who the hell we were, gave us a really great reception!! After the gig, we ran out of alcohol in the dressing room, and the hospitable people at the venue supplied us with round after round of the deadly drink that is Jaegermeister. Later I found myself moon-walking in someone else's vomit….enough about that!! We are not really a band of drinkers, but the atmosphere in these places and the novelty of being in Europe was proving to be very uplifting!! Adam. Hivershum, Holland Nice. Back to Holland for a live radio session!!! The cool thing about the day was the fact that the atmosphere was so laid back in comparison to radio sessions we've done before. The studio had a live audience too, which really adds to the atmosphere. The session went really well, and the day was a lot of fun, but the best part was that we were heading back to Amsterdam for the evening, and weren't heading to Hamburg until the early hours of the morining. Whilst at the radio session we got talking to a girl there that was from Amsterdam, and our sound engineer had a bit of a soft spot for…..we employed our best match making skills, and after a bit of gentle persuasion with a hammer amongst other blunt objects, we managed to persuade her to take us out to a few places around town. We had a great night, went to a few bars, walked quikly through this bizarre area lit only with red lights???!!! And our sound engineer Rob was all smiles……believe me that's quite rare!!!! Adam.
