Wednesday 2nd March, Manchester - Academy 2


After originally being scheduled to play the Academy 3 we were really 
happy to be playing at the Academy 2 after a huge demend for tickets! 
So with a full house the night again kicked off in superb form with 
Pollen and Alterkicks playing blinding sets. 

We remember this venue well; we played one of our largest early gigs 
here whilst supporting Longview on their UK tour last January. We had a 
great reception on that occasion and were hopeful of a similar vibe again.
We soon realised that, once again, the people of Manchester were as up 
for it as we were! 

After the show, during which we announced our Sound Engineer Rob's 
birthday (much to his displeasure!), we made our way to legendary bar 
'Big Hands' for the aftershow/birthday celebrations, and had a great 
time chatting to all the band and crew members. After saying our 
farewells it was time to depart and make our way to Birmingham to play 
at the Academy 2.
