"Chenko" was filmed in Chichen Itza in Mexico, in the Yucatan 
Peninsula, the Maya world. 
It is the most famous pyramid in this ancient Maya city, about two
hours away from Cancun. I took pictures there a year ago and let 
me tell you that the pyramid is steep and very tall. I was amazed 
that RB were able to film there without people in the shot. How 
did they manage to empty the national park? The bike is just like 
the one used by the locals.
It seems the video was filmed in Mexico because of the rhythms on 
the album and the whole "around the world in a single album" 
atmosphere. There are Native American sounds, Maya shouts, African 
instruments, etc. 
To me this album is one of the most eclectic of all time.
